At Sky Pet Products Ltd we do not have a minimum ordering level. However all orders under £375 (excluding VAT) carry an additional delivery fee, All orders over £375 (excluding VAT) are free delivery.
If you live within UK mainland, you can expect your order to be delivered within three working days. ~
For clarification the following explains the terminology used in these terms and conditions:
Retailer = YOU
Customer = YOUR CUSTOMER
Drop shipper = US
Sky Pet Products Ltd will dispatch a drop ship order in most cases for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri) so long as Sky Pet Products Ltd receives the order by 11am (Mon-Fri). Sky Pet Products Ltd will notify you via email WRT a delivery date your customer can expect to receive the product. All orders must be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Sky Pet Products Ltd requires a full delivery address including postcode and telephone number of your customer.
Sky Pet Products Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer or by you when entering the address details into an order to us. Please ensure that you check all details before confirming your order
Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.
Your customer is responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address.
Sky Pet Products Ltd cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered.
If any goods are received damaged your customer must notify you within 48 hours of receiving them. Sky Pet Products Ltd must then be notified within 72 hours after the expected delivery time.
Deliveries are usually made by a 3rd party courier. We are to give instructions to the courier with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will be added to the delivery notes.
Payment methods are Credit/Debit Cards or BACS. 30 day accounts are available subject to status, if account application is successful your first order will be pro-forma.
Payment in full is required prior to any order being dispatched to your customer. Failure to abide by this will result in order being delayed, until full payment received, if payment hasn’t been received after 5 working days the order will be cancelled. Returns/damaged/faulty/unwanted goods:
If in the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged Sky Pet Products Ltd will require photo images.
Sky Pet Products Ltd will offer a replacement part or replacement product, whatever is more practical.
Sky Pet Products Ltd will collect or arrange to dispose of the faulty part/product at our cost.
Sky Pet Products Ltd will not be held responsible and nor will Sky Pet Products Ltd collect any products that are ordered in error, or have been ordered and unwanted for any reason, other than faulty products.
All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.While every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability, we try keep all Drop shippers up to date with future discontinuations and low stock counts, but this is not always possible
Sky Pet Products will not deal direct with your customers in relation to any subject.
